Animated Gif Design

I need an animated gif/banner designed based off of text and pictures I have. The stipulations for this gif can be found below. This should be a very simple project and shouldn't take longer than a day or two max. Gif Requirements: Banner/gif ads are required to be exactly 468x60 and a max of 30KB. Other than that the rest is up to the designer. The basic idea for the ad is that I have a few before and after pictures that I would like the banner to change between with some text added between the pictures. The banner will be hosted on my current hosting and I will upload it myself. The banner will be delivered by email to myself and approved before funds will be approved to be sent.
