This sounds like an exciting project that I would be glad to be a part of. This is a great drawing, by the way. I'll go through this step by step and show you how I'll perform each task you've asked for. 1-4. Do you want this to be in a similar style to the example cover (with the holographic overlay), where everything is somewhat realistic, or do you want it to maintain its hand-drawn style? I need to know, because this will help me decide how to follow through. My current plan, if you decide on the first, is to essentially trace over the image in Photoshop, using your drawing as a reference for colors, lighting, and shadow. I want to maintain the integrity of your original image, while giving it a smoother feel. 5. The holographic eye overlay shouldn't be too difficult with some shapes and varying illumination effects. Same with the text, though I may recreate the letters in Illustrator for higher quality before bringing them back into Photoshop. 6. Just adding text to the final cover in a tasteful manner.
