Convert drawings to PSD images

I have designed some stickers for a mobile application. I have drawn them, but need a designer to convert them in to Photoshop (.psd) files. The drawings are located in the attached PDF files. Below is an explanation for each of the files containing the attached drawings.

1,2,[login to view URL]:

This file contains drawings 1,2,4,5,6,7, & 8. All 7 of these drawings need to be converted to .psd files.

3,[login to view URL]:

This file contains 14 total drawings, but ONLY the numbered drawings need to be converted. Please convert 3,9,10,11, & 12 to .psd files.

I have a special note for #10. This is a drawing of a party platter with food on it. Although I have not drawn a square face behind the platter, the .psd sticker for this drawing should include a square face, just like the other stickers. You can copy the same face you make for #8 (from the 1,2,[login to view URL] file). Please let me know if you need any clarification on this.

For this file, only the numbered stickers (the ones with square heads) should be converted to .psd files. You do not have to do the sticker on the bottom-left.

For this file, all 12 stickers need to be converted to .psd files.

So, in total, there are 36 drawings that need to be converted. I have also attached some examples of some previous smileys I had done. Please take a look at these the get an idea of the style and color I am looking for. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have!
