Create a product image set for an infoproduct / dvd set - TIME CRITICAL

We need some product illustrations for our product "How to Pick Up Girls". Should be 3D Illustrations showing a DVD Set. We're selling an infoproduct. 4 different Images needed: 1) Image of the product itself: Should be like this: [login to view URL] We'll provide logos etc. Similiar to [login to view URL] But 3D, a lot of CDs. Extra mile would be to get different images for the CDs from our youtube channel. 2) BONUS 1: DVD, Success stories: Like [login to view URL] but a DVD instead of Ebook. Use happy couple image. This Bonus is about success stories. 3) BONUS 3: DVD again, Public speech recorded. 4) BONUS 3: DVD again, hidden bonus section: Use a question mark, make it mysterious. This Bonus is something mysterious and awesome. Again, all four graphics are for our infoproduct on how to pickup girls. The first one is the actual product, the other 3 are free bonusses for buyers.
