Deer Pointing a gun

I am looking for someone to come up with a image to put on a T-Shirt of a Deer pointing a rifle out toward the camera. I need it to be as realistic as possible. Not strange cartoon work, but as realistic as possible. I've already had a bad experience with Freelancer.com and I am looking for the right person to do the job on a short time frame. I need you to incorporate the 3 images attached somehow but pointing out toward the camera. Final file needs to be EPS file/vector file with no are than 5 mb and 3000 pixels..
