Designing a 1000x720px picture - On an ice ring

We run a few free online animals games (see [login to view URL]), with every day thousands of people from all around the world playing them. On all our animal games, we offer our players many backgrounds they can put on their animals page to create stunning sceneries. For this occasion, we need a new background taking place on an ice rink (see 1 illustration & 1 picture attached, it gives you a first impression of how it could look), with the ice ground on the first floor so that players can put their animals on it. It must be consistent with the look of the backgrounds that already exist on our games (see above links). It must have a width of 1000px. As to the heigth, it must be either 480px or 720px (720px is usually better). All our backgrounds have to be rather empty, especially in the foreground, so that players have much space to put their animals & items on it. PS: we release similar background every month. This implies that we'll have many similar projects in the coming weeks & months.
