designing of stationary

Hello freelancers, I need an experience freelancer to redesign the first 2 pages of the attachment ´´eufa_mou´´ by one removing the logo of eufa and replacing it with my logo and also changing the eufa blue backgound colour to red. the second page will only have the design to the left and the headed. Final work 2 pages in MSword to be dilivered to me. Its a simple task and i am giving 2usd per hour for 5 hours.
