Create Wireframes and UI Designs for RSS feed web app

We need a talented designer to create: 1. Wireframes based on our technical requirements document 2. UI designs based on the wireframes that are created and approved by us. The wireframes should be a very simplistic representation of the every screen. Each wireframe image we require is clearly outlines in our design document. There are 17 wire frames / uis that need to be created in total. At the end of the project. I will need to the designer to slice the images into PNGs that can be used in the HTML5 user interface for our programmers. Design doc will be sent to qualified bidders.
