Adsense and affiliate marketing income creating project

Looing for someone to create up to 3 sites(for start only 3, if I am satisfied will be much more) on any platform that can make 15-20$ each of them and must be related to a topic that will remain of interests in the long run.

I am not looking for certain types of monetization so you can use your own method/ways: Google Adsense, textlinkads, CPA offers, affiliate products etc... can be used or a combination of things.

The site has to be original content and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently. The look must be professional, neat, clean and optimized to draw in folks to click on the ads. Content cannot be garbled or spun text and must pass copyscrape. pictures should be legal pictures with no copyright problems etc.

I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER i see a consistent income in my adsense account and when i will have proof of the earning of the earning of the websites. If this project works fine, you will be offered to do more websites for me.

Only whitehat techniques. No spamming! Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - No autoblogs.

Additional information:

You will choose keywords and niche, but you need to describe me a plan about how you will generate the traffic and why you want to choose that niche.

Backlinks to websites must be STRICTLY WHITEHAT, with right PR (2,3,4) and within reason. (no spamming) WHITEHAT STRATEGIES ONLY!! Traffic and clicks must be by WHITE HAT only. No black/grey hat methods and no searcn engine penalties.

My budget is 400$ but that is negotiable only upto a small limit.
