Must DB driven (SQL server 2012) Fully Responsive Site Very nice looking site (Very IMPORTANT) Technology : MV5 Jquery CSS HTML 5 The goal needs to be achieved: We need a real estate Web application to manage apartments building and the rental they can offer, The main tool will be google map, so we need to be able to list the different building and to show how many apartment are available in each. We open to any suggestion regarding the information to show with (ex: using tooltips). Once a user click on a marker on the map it will get to the detail page where it will list the apartment available for that building. We will like to see a nice list of all those apartments with a brief description and when you click on this apartment it will pop a detail page with all the information and a slider with all the picture related to that apartment. User can make a search base on some criteria (ex: price, # room, # bathroom etc...), an exact list of search criteria will be given soon, should be around 15 criteria. Main Pages : Home page: Google map (show all buildings base on what have been enter in the DB ). Search criteria to refine the map. Section at bottom to put some promotion (ex : rental special..) About us page : Text and perhaps some image (1 or 2) to show their management team Contact Us : Classic contact us page with email fields and a google map locator the company. Search pages : TO search appartments base ont eh criterias. Perhaps show back the google map with all the buildings, like the home page. Detail apartments pages : show a list of appartments and also details of each apartment on selection. We know those Specs are pretty basic, but there is a tuns of real estate application that the developer can inspire from. The main tool must be the google map usage and the functionality you can offer us with it and a nice way to list all those apartment and to show their details. Please provide us some example of site that you thing you can clone or get something similar and again we need to make sure this site is very nice looking using nice sliders and visual effect.
