Change Background colors and text Only to create 26 new Versions from Same New Layout

We have 4 pages of new layouts for the original pages on our site. From these 4 pages, we want to create in total 26 different versions from the same New layout, varying only the text and colors at designated places on the New layout. This will make the 26 pages actually following the 4 pages in terms of layout, but difference only lies in background color and text shown at a few designated places on the page. The change in text and background colors at designated places on the NEW layout can be followed through by simply referring to the corresponding text corresponding background colors at the same designated places on the OLD layout. Since we can send the 26 pages of old layouts for the coder to refer to, he or she can reference back to these to find the text and background color to be changed on the 4 pages to create the other 26 pages. I can provide specific illustration to the chosen designer / programmer. But he needs to finish this task fast !!!
