Create Magento themes and construct sites

DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED IN MAGENTO. I UNDERSTAND WELL EVERY PART OF THIS PROCESS AND WILL KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT AS EDUCATED IN MAGENTO AS YOU SAY.
I will need to create many website stores in MAGENTO. We need to make these quickly. There will be a limited template design option for the basic design and then each client can decide on pre-determined options with pre-determined costs.
I need you to develop 5 distinctly different themes as samples of what a client can do. These will be hosted on my server. They cannot be purchased and cannot have license infringements.
I will set up each new test website and you will load MAGENTO and the template chosen.
I have been told there are about 20 websites to do like this. The budget is small but once rolling it should not take much effort, just follow through.
1)Logo installed and positioning.
2)template colors as per logo or company preference
3)Home page Header bar customized with phone #, slogan
4)Menu bars: Top = Home, About Us, Help (part of Volusion), Contact Us
5)Create categories and import the products as per company
6) Quarterly Flyer added
7) Setup the emails inside template to work with contact us page and newsletter
8) Create the template for: emails for registration, newsletter emails, register, terms and conditions, privacy policy
9) Format About Us, Contact Us pages (we will provide client with the 5 option styles)
10)Extras would have extra fee for you to do. We can discuss later. Example: install slideshow on home page, additional pages, assisting in adding the clients own products (not the standard list), youtube iframes, rss feeds, vendor logos added with linking,
We would have to decide on a price per website. I have a limit of 80 per site, but that will only work if you have good examples to present so the client can make quick decisions.
