Design a Website Mockup - Cloud hosting and servers site

Hi, I have a hosting company u can have a look at it, [url removed, login to view],, I am into cloud services to so the plan to change the design... the existing site is nice, I love it.. but I am looking for a new design, that with clould effects,

I have attached u a two mock jpg, in this mock jpg, the footer pater looks greeat, but the top banner part, menu, domain search, menu effects logo placing is not good, (note: i need those two menus with the content in them - u can design and effects), I dont want "who we are?" content.

the domain search is not good.. banners not good..

the content and elements below "who we are?" is good, but not the best..

The footer part remaains unchanged as in JPG. In bid place the word cloud. so that i understand u read the description fully.

I need best elements shadow efftects, gradients, colour matching, a best suitable menus, and most important is banners. i dont want to cloud comic, looking for very professional and cloud effects.
