Design a Website Mockup for our Florida Orangetree Home

Years ago I did some web and application coding mostly with Visual Basic. First of all I would like to do minor changes on my own if possible. With that said, We have a home in Florida and use Homeaway for the majority of the marketing. We purchased the url [login to view URL] and paid the designers of the site for one year. We are not happy with the site and would like it to be redesigned and would like it to integrate with homeaway. We would like the calendar imbedded as well as the booking if possile. The home away site has plenty of information as well as code. We would appreciate this being done in a reasonable amount of time. The attached file as the book form information that was done many years ago. We would like to keep the orange tree concept and similar color to the current [login to view URL] website.
