Basically looking for something very similar to Address4Sex (D0T) com. Please be sure to check out this simple site to see if you are able to complete the task. Must have ability to change membership prices/duration. All paid members will be able to post one, two, three Free ads (or ever how many the administration chooses) and additional adds can be purchased individually or in groups of more than one. Non-members can browse ad headlines and not see the add entirely unless they join and become a member or the site admin. can set it to free for all to see. Please bid to win. Possibly wordpress?
