Book and Ebook Cover Design Needed ASAP!

I need an ebook and book cover designed for a book and workbook. The book will be printed through CreateSpace and will be 6 x 9 with the spine needing to contain 125-130 pages. Workbook will be 8.5 x 11 and hold 40-45 pages. Book title is: Beautiful But Broken, Subtitle: Not All Wounds Are Visible Back of the book will need to have the following text: A glimpse in the mirror hardly tells her story. Though all appears to be normal on the outside, war is raging within. Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse have manifested as multiple insecurities and destructive behaviors she doesn’t even recognize. Confusion has taken its toll. Surrounded by magazines, television, music, and peers telling her who she should be, she feels trapped. To whom can she turn for acceptance? She is exhausted, frustrated, and fed up. I am looking to have a picture of a woman on the front who has been broken (emotionally and physically). Her face should be shown but under obvious distress. I like the one design that shows her face being cracked, designer used photo that I provided) and the font used, but did not like the dark colors. On the second design, I simply didn't like the font selection and color of the fonts. When bidding please provide sample of book designs, banners, posters etc to be considered. I will not consider your bid if not included. Need to have done ASAP.
