Create Icon from company logo

I have a company logo that needs to be made into an icon. I would like the logo to have the following sizes: 256x256, 128x128, 64x64, 32x32, 16x16. They need to be in RGB/A - 32 bits format.
You will need to deliver the images in .png format and in an .ico file.
I have added a file that shows the logo that I want made into an Icon file. You may use your design skills to change it in any way you need to make it work. It just needs to follow the same spirit as the original logo. It is a jigsaw with a piece missing. The missing piece on the side.
The smaller sizes (16x16) can be different from the larger sizes.
I am looking for someone who can communicate well in English.
I need this done quickly. I hope that you can complete within 2 days from the time I accept a proposal.
