Create 9 game thumbnails

I need two 100x100 pixel thumbnails with simple text variations on each. For the Space Traffic game ([login to view URL]) I'll need 4 thumbnails with variations for subtraction, multiplication, division, and integers. For Tug Math - [login to view URL](Addition).swf I'll need 5 thumbnails with the variations being one for addition, one for subtraction, one for multiplication, one for division and one for integers.
