Awarded 2nd Site build

We are a small company seeking a self starting developer to build us mini sites. Qualified candidates should have CSS, HTML, and PHP skills and be able to host the mini sites on their own during the construction and review process. No integration is required for these sites, and therefore the rate of pay is firm at $15 an hour. A skype meeting is required prior to hiring to ensure candidate qualification and to give a brief overview of the type of work we will be needing.
