Build an AIRBNB Style Website For Pet Owners and Pet Sitters

We are in need of a website that will have the following details.
1.) The project mainly concerns with “pet sitters” and “pet owners”. Just like baby sitters, pet owners can hire pet sitters to look after their pet dogs or cats. Pet owners will search in the website for available registered pet sitters based on their pet, their schedule and suburb location. Pet sitters will have to register beforehand for them to be visible in searches. Registered pet sitters will have preferences settings like pet types or sizes etc.
2.) There should also be review/feedback mechanism wherein pet owners can write a rating/review for the sitter and vice versa.
3.) You can consider the website to be similar with [login to view URL] wherein you search in the home page and then get relevant results based on the information that you’ve put in
4.) We don’t have the branding currently so in terms of design or concept, this will depend on you.
5.) Except for the payment method, your team will have to do the CMS and database structure for the whole site. We would prefer this to be built in PHP and MySQL. If possible but not necessary, the website should be IIS compliant. We can discuss the details of the payment gateways later on. This will also mean that your team will have to create an admin panel to manage the website.
6.) One of the important requirements is that the website should be responsive from large screen browsers to mobile devices
7.) There is an existing website that does this concept however, we would only want the business logic and don’t want to copy it. In this case, you will have to be creative enough to design the website as though it is competent on its own.
8.) We also want a blog section as well wherein every registered user (owner, sitter, admin) can enter articles upon admin approval.
9.) We are keen on having this as an iPhone app and Android app if you are capable of this as well.
