Create a (small) wordpress website

We would like a small wordpress website based on [login to view URL] for a small club in Greece:
- black and white website
- logo in the top
- In the whole bachkground a steady picture of the club (we deliver the high res picture)
- menu contains: about, tickets (iframe or so), reserve a table (so make a form), Facebook link, Twitter link, Instragram link.
- In the bottom we also would like the Facebook and instagram feed as [login to view URL] has got.
- It's not a porblem if the template is based on an already excisting template
- Website needs to be responsive for mobile
- Create and develop website in enviroment of developer. When finished place it on our server.
- First start with template and show us so we can agree we like it to be build.
- Please show me a portfolio of websites you've worked on to see if we like the style.
