I would like to get a design that look like the character that is in the picture(peppa pig), but i don't want it to be the same so i won't have any copyright infringement problems

The same goes for the background with the grass and sky.

Also i would like the balloons, but they got to be separated so i can use them as flying balloons.

The images has to be on png format.

Any question feel free to ask.
