Looking for an experienced HTML5/CSS4 web developer to transform a Adobe PSD template into a Rails enabled responsive design site. All content found on PSD template needs to be placed into dynamic placeholders. An inquiry form is needed and must post data back to our backend server via HTTP (Rest). In addition, random testimonial data needs to be pulled from our Agent system. Must work correctly across multiple devices. I would like to see Foundation 6 being used as a responsive framework. Project needs to be completed within 1 days.
