Two Freelancer FAILED at this Job already. So my budget for the entire project will be 250€ and not higher.
IMPORTANT: I need this done within a week. If that is accomplished, I will pay a bonus of 50€.
I am developing my own website and am planning on incorporating different APIs. I am trying to do this myself since mid January starting with the twitter API, however, I keep running into problems I do not know the answer to. So I hired somebody from this website to work on the project, he told me that there would be some problems with the server host and that he wont be able to set it up due to this. So I am now looking for somebody to incorporate these functions into my website. I will give you access to everything you need. I am not only looking for somebody to write these functions but also for somebody that sets them up and make sure they work in my website. I am personally really unexperienced when it comes to something like this, but I will try my best to help you whenever I can. I would like to discuss detailed information regarding the functionality in a Skype CALL or something similar, but the things I would like you to do are something like this;
1. Add functionality with API incorporation
2. Create an administrator page
3. Create a leaderboards page
4. Add functionality to a payment method using PayPal
A DETAILED PDF File with everything you need to know will be send to you once we agreed on the project.
Everything will run through the website: Meaning, we will create Milestones and also the payment will be done over Freelancer.com for your and my security. The milestones will be the 4 points listed above.
