Advice on making website more user and google friendly

I have been successfully delivering PHP projects through other freelancing site for over a year and having the total software experience of over 6 years. Hi, I know that the user first will see at center so i will put main content at center. After that user moves to left so it may have outlines or Menu. Coming to top side it can have link to other pages or can have advertisement, then comes right side, it can have chat list or help icon or most importantly sharing option using Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter etc. And at last there comes Bottom side i think it can have chat option or payment option if a website provide otherwise its also best for advertisements!
