Alternative League - open to bidding

Hello,

I contacted you before and you told me to explain the requirements here is how its working.

The main page which will be [url removed, login to view]:

showing in the middle a silding news panel which will show like this [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] and the news will be gettin from news forum

and latest posts in forums like: [url removed, login to view] and latest news like: [url removed, login to view] and in the right a panel with a name: Streaming now: will show couple of registered users who put their twitch url in their profile.

and there will be a nav bar like: [url removed, login to view] but the nav will be:

Home, Forums, Stats(Locked for now) Help and Play

Forums: Custom forums which will show category and forums names like General , Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and others which admin can make it and its will show latest posts and by who.

Stats: Will be used later

Help: A page which i can write it to help new players with instructions and logged users will have a button saying Create a Support Ticket and they should write the title and what is the problem then click submit ticket and its will show for the admins ( will tell you how later )

Play: Will allow people to download our software but there will be instruction which will be written by me.

Registeration and logging:

People before making posts and contacting admins they should register and login

Registeration field:

Username( saving in database)

Password( saving in database)

Alias( saving in database)

Email (saving in database)

terms and conditions checkbox then after they registered they should get a confirmation email.

After they verify their email its will direct them to their profile where they edit First name and last name, biography and Steamid (i know if you work with it) the steamid contains 9 numbers only like STEAM_1:0:XXXXXXXXX ( saving in database )

Admins permissions:

I can assign admins using database which a table named adm 1 or 0 1 for yes 0 for no

Admins can ban by going to user's profile and then a button will show ONLY for admins saying Ban this user after they click it they can ban From > to and they should type a reason after user gets banned if anyone went to user's profile its will show in top of his profile This user has been banned from > to reason:

Admins can post news

I hope this is enough please tell me if you want more and tell me how many days its will take i hope this design will use these color: [url removed, login to view] the one used in leetway

And i want a logo for it.
