Animate "waves" from artwork files

I have an Illustrator file consisting of 5 versions of line waves, with 4 of them consisting of dots. I need these to be animated into 2 versions each: 1 on a white background and another on blue. Each animation should be around 5 seconds and loopable. No music is required. Here are a video which consists of some of the waves and was animated by the previous animator: [login to view URL] . The speed of the animation is to follow this example. The waves in these videos do not seem to be "natural" or in sync in the animation, so I would hope to get something better. Attached are the 5 versions of the artwork for your reference. The actual AI file will be provided to the awarded freelancer. You will need to be receptive to multiple revisions if there is a need for it (for both character designs and video). Please provide relevant samples of your work for consideration when you bid. Deliverables will be 1080p MOV/MP4 with at least 29.97 fps and also the working files in After Effects. Interested freelancers will be assessed based on the bid amount, portfolio of similar work, and also turnaround time. I am looking at someone who can provide a first draft in the shortest time possible (after award).
