I would like to have a letter made up to send to my daughter for an April Fools joke. The letter must be created with the logos and headers of our local government. Those graphics are freely available online. (refer to [url removed, login to view] logo guidelines) Ideally I would like a printed physical copy made on good paper and delivered in an envelope, back to me in Sydney by March 25. If physical delivery is difficult I can arrange printing. I have the words of the letter (attached) - the task is for someone to assemble the words, with logos, and make the letter look credible and formal.
