Banner creation for wordpress, youtube and twitter

I am running a developer wordpress blog, a youtube channel and a twitter account.
I would need a common banner design (CI) for those 3 platforms.
I do have a business card design, if that could be used or integrated for the banners,
that would be a plus, but I am not sure if it would be fitting.
The banner's main color should be blue.
The content must be professionally and exclusively created for me, with full and world wide rights to be used commercially. No usage of free content or free online tools. No pirated content.
Requirements:
- excellent command of the English language
- at least 5 years of experience in banner creation
- testimonals
- very good communication skills
- you can work without too much guidance
- working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CEST is a plus
- Please include the text "pink unicorn" in upper case at the very beginning of your job description. I will discard applications that do NOT include it immediately(!).
