Buid a website on already installed Joomla theme

Need a professional web developer familiar with Joomla to finish off my new website, as follows:
- We have already purchased Joomla “Reviver” responsive virtumart theme ([login to view URL]), and it's been installed using development site: http://dev.inflatedfun.ca.
Note: We must keep my old site ([login to view URL]) which is unresponsive, virtumart enabled, so that when the new site is 100% ready, then we can do all data migration without downtime.
Work Details are as follows:
A) Home page should have all of the following modules / details (in order from top to bottom):
1. Top Menu Module with Mega Menu feature.
“Reviver” theme already has this module.
2. Sliders Module with total 8 slides.
“Reviver” theme already has this module.
3. Module to include a one line narrow moving banner messages.
Not sure if “Reviver” theme already has this module
4. Browse by Category Module (with 8 different products categories).
Not sure if “Reviver” theme already has this module
5. Welcome Module. text description only.
“Reviver” theme already has this module.
6. Advantages Module, which should contain 4 pictures with a text description under each picture.
Not sure if “Reviver” theme already has this module
7. Resources Module (same as informational guide module in present website [login to view URL]).
Not sure if “Reviver” theme already has this module
8- Specials / Featured Products Module, with listings of 10-15 items with horizontal scroll, as in present website www.inflatedfun.ca.

9- Bottom Footer Menu.
“Reviver” theme already has this module.
B) Products (approx. 150 items) must be uploaded to each category properly.
Note: I can purchase a plugin, if required to complete this task.
C) Other pages such as: Resources, Quality, FAQ & Contact us must also be finished by web developer. Contents can be copied from the present website.
D) Web developer must provide me with Training about the Admin Panel to make sure I can use it properly and I could maintain the website after hand over of project is complete.
E) Test virtumart shopping cart to make sure it’s working correctly before project hand over.
F) May provide help with photoshop editing of some pictures, up to 10 pics.
I really need to finish this project as soon as possible, so if you’re not sure you can start working on my site right away, do not bid on this project. Looking for 3-4 days to have this completed.
