Build a Affiliate page with member area for forexgdp.com

I want the existing website to include "partnership page" with member area. Our existing site don't have any member area. whenever a user purchase any Service from our website with affiliate link, the affiliate need to get a commission for each and every purchase done by the user under him (similar to MLM). I need 2 tier marketing. (2 level affiliate commissions = Affiliate + Sub affiliate) If you really have experience in building an affiliate website, then you can message me for more details.
