Build an Angular Web App and static HTML5 Website

We have two simple projects:
1- Static HTML5 Website for our company with few pages.
It should be developed using HTML5, Bootstrap 4, JQuery
Content for the website will be provided.
2- Angular 4 based web application for our REST Web API (Swagger doc available). It must use @angular/cli
The app is basically a simple search engine (read only app) which is powered by our REST API.
You will be only using GET API methods to retrieve the data for search, and retrieving related resources for the search result.
Flow:
After user logs into the app:
1- User searches for activities (typeahead shows related items while typing)
API Endpoint for search suggestions: GET /v1/activities/search
2- User selects one from the result and next screen shows it's details:
API Endpoint: GET /v1/activities/{id}
API Endpoint: GET /v1/scenarios?activityId=xxxx
Each activity has multiple scenarios
3- Each scenario has multiple procedures
API Endpoint: GET /v1/procedures?scenarioId=xxxx
4- Each Scenario or Procedure has many references which are stored in reference groups
While fetching a scenario or procedure the response body contains reference group id which can be used to fetch references for the same. Please refer to swagger link below for details:

Since both the applications are pretty simple, it's all about how beautifully data is displayed to the end user. We would need high quality modern UI (Bootstrap 4 or Material Design, modern graphical effects, text to speech). Before any development we would need mockups for the UI (make sure you have an experienced graphics designer in your team) and when they are approved only then development should start. The website and angular web will be hosted on S3.
NOTE: We don't approve of developers who bring in ready made themes with plethora of dependencies unless they are skimmed. Any library other that Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular 4, Angular 4 Material Design, shall not be added unless approved by us.
