Build a Australian Property Website with PDF Report Generation and Subscription

Hi, our project is called Property Assessor, it will be used by investors looking to purchase a property in Australia as well as real estate agents who are marketing a certain property. The site will generate a PDF report based upon user entry. The site will offer once off payment for a report or a subscription service for real estate agents to receive multiple or unlimited reports for a price. The site would comprise of the following areas: - MAIN USER ENTRY - USER AREA - PROFESSIONALS AREA - MANAGE MY PROPERTIES - ADMIN AREA Our site would require the front end to be built from user entry through to downloading the report as follows; LANDING PAGE > USER ENTRY > PAYMENT > DOWNLOAD REPORT We would also require the following other areas: USER AREA Users can register organically or through report generation, see past reports, buy a new report, see receipts, invite friends and update their details. The user area would include the following pages; VIEW MY REPORTS, GENERATE NEW REPORT, INVITE A FRIEND, FREE REPORT, UPDATE DETAILS (update email, phone number, password) PROFESSIONALS AREA, Real estate agents can register and sign up to an ongoing package (monthly or yearly), they would have an amount of reports available per month etc as per their package, they would have a profile and need to update this for white labelling, they can view reports and email to clients, manage their subscription and raise support tickets. The professionals area would have the following pages; PROFILE (50%) – this should show a % as to how much they have filled out, GENERATE NEW REPORT, VIEW REPORTS, ASSUMPTIONS, MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION incl Practice Discounts, SUPPORT ADMIN AREA, The admin area should have a dashboard to show the amount of reports being generated, similarly the $ amount of revenue generated, report history, (ability to re generate reports, edit and re send), manage users, generate vouchers/discounts/free reports for users, generate new reports(free), view own reports, respond to support tickets, inbox (from website enquiries), update pricing, adjust variables for report. The admin area has the following pages; DASHBOARD, REPORT HISTORY(all), MANAGE USERS, VOUCHERS/DISCOUNTS, GENERATE NEW REPORT, SUPPORT TICKETS, INBOX, UPDATE PRICING, VARIABLES, STATS, MAILING LIST THE REPORT The report would be roughly 5-7 pages with a combination of raw data just placed on the pages as well as an amortization table for loans, cash flow projections including inflation etc(excel with formulas provided), suburb data from a database based on suburb entered etc. MANAGE MY PROPERTIES This area will be where existing investors can come to the website to manage their current properties on a dashboard, it will be an add on to the user area part of the website. This area would also provide the user with access to simple one page reports which would dump their current property data into a report. We are using eway for payment processing, we would like this to be seamless and built into our website, we have no preference for any other platforms used.
