Build a Video Tube website similar to the one posted. Wordpress theme.

Hi guys, I'm requesting someone create this basic website that I have attached a link here. It's a Wordpress theme. VideoTube Child It looks like this/how it was sold to me: [login to view URL] Here is where I bought it: [login to view URL] I want to set up streams from youtube and vimeo on a specific subject. It should be easy. They make it look easy. It has all the necessary plug-ins as it is a premium theme. So you would look up streams and set up streams into: - Frequently viewed/Most Viewed - Latest Video's Also set up the log in for users to log in and create their only video channel. Set up the social sites/links I am on a really really tight budget. I am hoping to find someone who has done this before and is very familiar with this theme.
