Hello Freelancers
I need a Magazine website in wordpress with the best quality work and in the given timeline. I have many projects upcoming so i am looking for a team who can perform the best for me at very affordable prices. I need people who can keep the promises. I have had a lot of bad experience with the previous teams and i do not expect the same to happen again.
Let me explain the Requirement of the project
Design Phase
Design a homepage that makes the Websites easy to navigate and give it more dynamic features
Design the Websites to be visually appealing and engaging
Present Website concepts in the form of static and on-screen visuals
Agreement on final concept
Reference website in looks: [login to view URL]
Development Phase
It will consist of blogging feature where user can read Article posted by Admin Only
Registered members will be able to access the full article however to others can see only the few lines.
Each article will have a comment section on its footer portion where user can post there comment but it will be displayed after Admin authentication.
Discussion Board: Here we will have a main tab in menu bar And people can discuss on topic state wise. Only registered or allowed user can discuss on this.
In main tab there will be a menu named Published magazine where user can view all edition of magazine which is published. Paid member can download a pdf of the same edition.
There will be a Registration form where users will fill their information and admin can save that in admin panel as well as in mail.
There will be payment gateway integration. ( You will have to purchase the payment gateway)
Build the agreed structure of the Portal
Add simple editor functions in the CMS

It will not be exact like the reference website but many of the things are from there only. I look forward to a good proposal with the description what you will do in the project. I want to test your understanding on the description.
