Build a Website

I am in the start up phase of consulting business. I am looking for someone to develop a website for me for my business. Over the next 2 weeks I will develop a word document with all the content. The following requirements are needed: 1) Simple webpage site structure (e.g. home page, About us, Services, Clients and examples, Contact information) which I can simply edit the content in the future when required 2) the site should include a small blog section and show display any social media updates from our social media (twitter, linkedin) 3) in the future: - I would like to develop a collaboration sharing platform (sharing of resources - documents, data, spreadsheets; enable live sharing and comments from individual members; calendar of events/activities and planning facilities; members only section to ensure private data and documents can be shared confidently knowing that these are secure) - I am also interested in a capability that would allow me to conduct customised online surveys. This could be a gateway to surveys from my business and use something like survey monkey or could be developed as an in-house tool - grant applications or similar. Online submission of data. This could potentially include a way that a committee can assess these applications. I like the capability of Liferay but not sure how hard this is to set up or the costs involved. Initial budget is limited due to start up phase of business. I am interested in a quote for services: 1) set up of initial simple website 2) provision of options and advice on future platform directions, including an assessment on how user friendly it is for a non IT specialist to maintain. 3) set up of stage 2 platform.
