We have a little web-based client development project.
To give you an overview, our client is looking to create the ability for their University to be able to order our product, Uvideo, On-Demand via a Web Portal. They would like the ability to customize a printed insert card that go's within the device and select or upload video(s) of their choice.
We tried using an existing web-to-print solution but it's limited on the flexibility of customizing the layout of the page and client doesn’t like it.

We're now looking to contract with someone to build the attached wireframe (provided by the client).
*We're open to proposals with a future recommended strategy on how to create something that could be duplicated and re-branded for other clients in the future.
