Hi.

I want a web page with the following features.

It can record video from a web camera connected to PC.

If you are on mobile, then it should record video from a mobile camera.

If recording time is longer than 5 seconds, then recording should be stopped automatically.

User can play recorded video, and then upload the recorded video and an image to server.

I attached the wireframes.

I need it to be done within a few hours.

Plz bid if you can do it within a few hours and add "Hi, i can make your webpage" in your bid.

It should work on local network as i will test it on my local PC.
And it will be preferred if you make it in Yii 1.x
