Build a Website

I need a website and online store built and complete SEO work done, from scratch. The website will have 25-30 pages mostly static and a contact us page. The online store will have about 50 products and standard pages of its own like policies and procedures, account details, order tracking etc. This is for an alternative therapy/wellness clinic in the U.S. - they provide services such as laser therapy to help quit smoking, stress management, weight loss and infrared therapy for weight loss, skin rejuvenation etc. I am the liaison for the successful completion of this project and a web developer myself. We imagine a very visually appealing design that also conveys our most important messages "visually" that reduces the need for our visitors to read everything. We will provide all the textual content and a basic structure of how the information should be organized. However, we look forward to your experience, expertise and creativity to structure the information better if possible and decide upon the colors, fonts, presentation, floating divs, transitions, context-representative images etc. Please see attached PDF for more details.
