Build a Website

Firstly only bid if you've time and patience to build a website that doesn't give you a decent amount of money but enough to buy to you simple meal. If you're really good and fast this won't take you too much time and you probably don't mind the price of the project so treat this as a small extra allowance. I want to be super straight forward to avoid disappointment and i guess you guys will agree with me. I am paying for this project from my personal money, I don't own a company, is just me, myself. Lowest bid ("break-even") for this project is $20. Highest bid will be ignored. Intro You job is to convert my design to HTML and CSS use Bootstrap framwork, (3.3.1) to be exact and follow strictly with the design, all buttons, text or elements. You're required to come out with a custom CSS so it will look the same with the PSD. This is a flat design website. Guidelines All colour use in the design can be found here [login to view URL] All code must be neatly written, Indentation level: 2 space with comments. All design must be flat. Must be mobile, tablet and desktop responsive. Rule & Submission Your code must be in Bootstrap terms You're required to submit the project in HTML and CSS, etc. No using of templates or online PSD to html conversion tools. New Freelancer are welcome but make sure you know what you're doing. Free feel ask any question.
