Build a Website

Hello all, As you are all aware, my country Nepal has been hit hard by the massive earthquake. Many have died, many are still waiting for rescue and many are homeless waiting for someone to provide them shelter and food. Many volunteers from withing country & International volunteers are trying to reach people/place where they can immediately start rescue operations or supply goods. That's all well and good, but at the moment i am noticing that some parts of the country they have been left out or no one knew about them which is sad. As a result, i came up with this idea about creating a website where volunteers could see which part of the country has already received help and which part is still waiting for the help. So any new volunteers could immediately start planning to go to those places. (FYI, i already have a domain name [login to view URL]) I want facebook integration to this website somehow because i want people from ground 0 to provide information directly to this website. For eg, he can select place 'x' and say 'this place is receiving help by 'y' organisation. To make his information valid, we could have a voting button (correct or incorrect). And for place 'z' say "waiting for Help". Optional: I would also like to see Google map integration. For example, [login to view URL], where i can locate exactly where the house on sell is. Likewise, with the information we receive from people from ground 0, we can flag it in google map with 'Red flag' in particular area where people are waiting for help and 'Green flag' where volunteers are currently working. And since this is for a good cause. I would like to have this price as much lower as possible. I am organising charity to help back to Nepal so it would be very good for me if people here wouldn't charge me much for this project. I'm sure you may require more details for this project.
