Order generating website for customized labels and products....

I am in need of a website that leads customers through a series of choices such as levels (self created,stock,customized stock or full custom), graphics, colors, themes, sizes, shapes, quantity, backgrounds and [url removed, login to view] level once selected will pull up an interactive order form. The form will have steps to create the order, once a step is chosen the page will open a window with a combination of check boxes and text boxes determining what is required for that particular step. The final box on this window should read Done and when it is clicked the step should automatically fill in the step on the order page... Customer will then continue to step 2 and upon clicking step two a window opens up once again which creates the same scenario and fills in the second step. The process repeats itself until the order is generated and the customer has requested to check out... the amount for the order has been generated and a deposit is acquired. The site will be loaded with graphics and choices and will need to be fast and efficient All generated orders will automatically send an email confirming order to customer. All payments received should generate an auto receipt . The site should be easy to maintain and have all the bells and whistles of a top notch site. Any of the standard features not mentioned here. Consideration will be given to those with a verifiable proven track record of awesome websites.... Preference will be given to those who respect the financial challenges of a small start up coupled with the ability to articulate what you have to offer and the willingness to expand on this outline to make it the most comprehensive.
