I want to know how much is to create a website like this;

A live streaming video website, where anyone can register and stream live, but the website would be used for spiritual or religious temples only, like a church register to stream their events.

So i also need an app for android or ios for this, because the "church" would only need an app and internet to stream live their events, and of course anyone could register on the website or app

to watch the events of any church or temple of any religion. The script needs to use the latest system for live video stream for fast service.

I also want it to be like a social network, where registered users can have a wall, friends, and chat, where they can share pictures, videos and of course, they can share to their friends

They can also open a chat area for viewers to chat with them live

They can choose to record and host the video of sermon or show for people to watch on demand

and they can charge people for it.

They can also upload videos, and chose to charge or not for people to watch.

and of course, the church will have their own profile, wall, and their followers,

and its GEO-target like if someone is accessing the website from US, it will only show US churches, or singers, unless they search on other

I also need an ADS system for the website, of anyone who wishes to advertise their company, book, DVD or shows

their ads can appear on users page, or on free videos hosted by churches or singers.

The admin can set prices, and packages.
