Build a Website

Looking for a freelancer that is familiar with the Listify directory template. I need to get everything setup such as the menus and the information that is displayed on the pages. Also need to get the login and registration pages displaying a certain way that im sure is an easy thing to do, im just not familiar with Wordpress. I do not think this project with require any coding, just someone good with wordpress that knows how everything works. Will also need to have woocommerce (already installed) setup to work correctly to where I can charge users for submitting to the directory. Will need it setup so users can choose different payment plans (1 month for $6.99 or 6 months for $39.99 or 12 months for $76.99). I will also need to be able to automatically email uses when their ad is about to expire so they can have the option of renewing their ad (I would prefer a subscription based automatic payments, but that woocommerce plugin is rather expensive so just a manual payment for now through paypal). Will also need a contact form setup so users will be able to email me(website owner). The theme is also capable of letting users claim directory ads that may be the business they own, so I need to get that function working correctly and adjusted to how I need it to work. I may need a few minor other things, but I think I have touched on the basic things im needing. I may also need to purchase 1 or 2 plugins needed to make the above items work and that will not be a problem.
