The job is a simple Joomla site setup - copying the main template design from one of the client's sites and rearranging layout to create a new site.
Good understanding of English is needed for instructions of what is required.
Artisteer experience helpful as the original template is done in that.
No content to load - just setup of site pages and add placemarkers for image gallery to be loaded. Maximum budget of $150US.
The website page is to be clear and clean with just the four/five headings and a large photo with some text underneath it (may be several paragraphs). The main photo /gallery display may look something like attached. It is for the sale of a property.
