Build a Website -- 3

Hi! I am a self-taught mobile device repair person. I have been buying & reselling mobile devices on eBay profitably for just over 1 year. I My problem is that eBay's fee's & competition has my margins under 15%. So I have been bidding a simple buy back / recommerce website.

I am looking for a group who can work off of a blank-canvas & use their own intuition to design this website for me. The site will be a dedicated portal for people who own broken iPhones to sell them to me for cash (PayPal or Check). It needs to be "upgrade able" for future changes and implementations. For now I am just looking for the basics. Something that offers a simple & clean navigation for users while offering strong backend features for me. Long term I would like to incorporate a query to [login to view URL]'s API as well as product pricing API's, as well as others, but for now I'm more focused on just getting the site active.

Again, I want someone who isn't afraid to put the project together from the beginning to the end with little advice from me. I'm not going to provide examples of websites that I like for that very reason...I think coders are some of the most creative people out there so I want to leave them with the autonomy to put this together as they best see fit.

Please let me know if this is something you can and will do for me. My budget is isn't very high, but I'm hoping it's something that can be done by a pro with just a few hours worth of work.
