We need a website for film-makers and festivals and here is the reference website, We need it to be similar to this one

You may login as Director:
1-Upload your Film or link to Vimeo (this would be private)
2-Fill Some Data about your Film as in the link before
3-You may view a list of the festivals that are on the website
4-You may view details about the festival (deadline for submitting your film, some info such as (Awards, Rules , Description , Fees)
5-Directors must have credits on the website , we can buy Credits by bitcoins/visa/paypal ) for example 2 credits 3 Dollars, so that he or she can submit their video to the Festivals they will pay with credits that they bought
6-Directors films are private until they submit their films to the festival, that is the moment when their film can be seen by the festival account they submit to
7-When the Directors Upload their movie on the website (which will be private and not seen), we must only show a teaser or a preview (image such as a poster for example) and some details about the film, but the film itself must be private until they send it to a specific festival
8-Directors may see their list of films they uploaded (via the website or via vimeo)
9-Directors may see the status of their submitted film to the festival, (accepted , rejected ,etc..)
10-Directors may search for festivals by some of these filters (Film length, Country, Genre, Category etc..)
You may login as a Festival:
1-Login and Registration as a festival must be done from an admin area, not seen to the director/users
2- They may see list of all the film teaser view (image preview of the film or a teaser video + some details of the film but not the film itself)
3-The festival has a private page which they can only see the whole film for only films that were submitted to them by the directors.
4-The Festival can send a request to a director to submit his/her film to them (festival)
5-Festival may add Data about their festival event, when it will be, location, deadline for submission , etc..
6-Festivals may update all the status about the films that was submitted to them, where it is accepted or rejected )
Website Qualification:
the Website must be responsive, and most probably similar to the one in the link, also the website must be bug-free.
the Website must be developed in PHP or Laravel , the front end in Bootstrap , and the Database is MySQL.
