Build a Website

Its a simple website for employees to let them submit what ever good action they did and they will score a point for each submission Client side It will let employees log in with employee id They can view their current balance of points They can submit new action Database Oracle database Includes all employees names and id and working location Admin side Can log in with certain ids I want it to view the employees id along with names and theirpoint balance , and the admin will get email notification whenever an employee transition from level to level, and can also search by employee id to view the submitted deeds points balance can be filtered (top 30, balance from 0-499, balance from 500-1499 and balance more than 1500 point ) The idea is a motivational website whenever the employee submit a good deed they get one point and the more points they get the will be reworded I need it in both Arabic and English (you don't have to understand Arabic i'll provide you with a specific details of what should be written)
