I read your project description and there I find following things: PROJECT UNDERSTANDING: I seen your document, its very nice and easy to understand, through project scope is not fully clear but we need to make job-board, you are targeting the crowded marketplace and there we will have employer section and Job seeker section. Employer will need to pay to the website and get option to post job, there are different kind of package where employers can choose any of them and post the job, each package has different options. So once job been posted it will list to the website, Job seeker can come to the website search for job and apply for job. They can see recent jobs and urgent job etc. but only those users who are identified as being immediately available, will be eligible for the job/match service Question: 1. You said website will be free, but is it for job seeker or employer also free to use this website? 2. Also you are targeting the local market so is website work as consultant, I mean will they make any test for job seekers and provide them to the employers? 3. Part of Technolgy you said php and .net. and database is phpmyadmin. My recent experience is with ASP.NET MVC, RESTful services, jQuery, Bootstrap, SignalR, ASP.NET Identity, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework. Recently I successfully passed the Microsoft Exam 70-486 and got certified for development of ASP.NET MVC Web Applications. Congratulations on your amazing idea! The project sounds very interesting. As I read through the specs, questions start popping up my head. For instance, how would you identify a “Candidate” as available if he’s / she’s intention is to cheat the system? Instead of relying on the button on his/hers page, wouldn’t it be more suitable if the system determine that based on the job history of the candidate and the recruiters on the site? Anyways, here is my approach to the implementation. As I read in the spec, this system will consist of REST service in addition to the actual website. The website would be ASP.NET MVC application. It has its own database and admin panel. The REST service would act as a sub-system with the ability to interact with the candidate information. If you choose to host the system in Azure it is possible to distribute it across multiple physical locations and it is subject to a single subscription.
