Build a Website - 2 forms, ajax submission and discussion board

I need a website completed quickly. I've got a template setup at [login to view URL] I need 2 forms added to this site. The PDF files have been uploaded. These will need to be converted to forms. The forms should be validated, submit via ajax, handle errors, be saved to a database table and upon completion (if the user is not already logged in) display a square box with 3 options to register with either facebook, google plus or a custom registration form. If the user registers right after submitting the form, the form should be linked to the user account in the database. There will be a discussion board that the users must be registered for. It will act much like linkedin's discussion board. It will accept videos, images, links and text. Users will be able to comment. It will load the 4 most recent discussions and underneith have a button to load more. There will be an admin login to view forms that have been submitted and also to moderate the discussion board. The admin should be able to edit posts, remove posts and ban users. The programmer will need to use the bootstrap template.
